 Steve Weber brings a leadership style shaped by a career as a general and vascular surgeon, where high-pressure decision-making, precision, and problem-solving were central to his work. After transitioning out of full-time medicine, he applied the same ‘builder and fixer’ mindset to business, eventually founding Liaison Technology Group after identifying gaps in the integration industry through a personal technology project.

He is deeply focused on shared core values, integrity, and work ethic over technical skill alone when building his team. He remains closely involved in client relationships and problem-solving, with emphasis on communication, transparency, and scalable systems to manage multiple markets. His leadership approach blends hands-on experience with a strong belief in empowering others and maintaining accountability across a growing, multi-location organization.

Sapphire Audiovisual Experts was built in St. Petersburg with a simple philosophy: customers always come first. For more than a decade, John and Meredith Rodgers grew Sapphire one relationship and one project at a time, establishing a trusted local name known for personalized service, technical expertise, and a genuine commitment to its clients.

Backed by more than 25 years of industry experience, Sapphire has supported residential and commercial clients through every stage of their projects—from consultation and system design to installation and ongoing service. Its work spans new construction, renovations, and existing properties, with expertise in automation, audio and video, surveillance systems, commercial environments, high-rise buildings, restaurants, hotels, office spaces, and custom homes.

In June 2026, Sapphire was acquired by Liaison Technology Group, beginning an exciting new chapter for the company. The Sapphire name, familiar local team, and relationship-focused approach remain in place, now strengthened by expanded engineering, programming, and design expertise, additional resources, and 24/7/365 technical support.
